POSPac license troubleshooting

If you have any problems with your POSPac licence, here are the first points you can check.

  • Please check that the Software License Utility (SLU) version corresponds to your license version.
    In POSPac, you can go to Help / Software License Utility to do so:




    The POSPac SLU version will be shown in the header, and its version must be higher than the license version. If that isn't the case, please update your SLU by connecting to Applanix website.

  • A new window will appear. Check that the line "localhost" is present by clicking on License Server.

         
If the line is missing, write manually localhost, then press Add and Save.
  • Go to Windows Services   ,
    and check that the service Sentinel RMS License Manager has started (Status : Running).
